I been talking about the corner of 3rd ave and 22nd street for a while now. Hope something happens there. It's a perfect spot!

I wonder if anything is being planned for the old Extra Foods site. It has been a whole year now. I hope it doesn't stay a parking lot for years to come. A nice condo development would look great there too.

I keep thinking about my recent trip to Toronto. They have a lot of condo construction going on right downtown (right along Younge and College). I know it's not fair to compare Saskatoon to Toronto, but putting up condos right in the city cente would really add to our downtown. It seems that most of the condo development always accurs in the north part of our downtown, but having a few towers right in the centre would really be awsome. There are plenty on empty parking lots (corner of 3rd ave and 22nd st, the old Extra foods site, corner of 2nd ave and 24th st, corner of 4th ave and 20th st, empty lot on 2nd ave beside the BMO,,...........etc). Maybe if we keep talking about it, some developers out there will think about it.

THERE OBVIOUSLY IS DEMAND OUT THERE.
