No, it's pretty bad that a city the size of Mobile can get a building built the size of RSA while Detroit "can't" fill it's 22 storie State office bldg. and feels the need to raze it and replace it with an 8 storie building, so don't feel so bad. I'm happy for Mobile none the less, and I like the carpet.
