It's not even being marketed yet, so it's far away from construction. Once they finish The Fairbanks, I assume they'll move on to the St. Clair at the other end of the site. If the St. Clair sells well, then you can expect (maybe) some news on Tower 3. Otherwise, you'd better get used to construction fencing for awhile.
