The NIMBYs strike again...

About the out-of-scale excuse, urban density is expanding in Chicago. It's like people expect density to stay in the Loop and it can never go out of those boundaries, yet these same people still want growth. WHERE DO YOU THINK THE CITY IS GOING TO GROW! INTO THE LAKE!!! NO!!! It's growing outward, North, South, and West, so if you don't want density, which is a perfectly fine opinion, you just need to move elsewhere. Things change, and when growth comes knocking on your door step, you can't just hack it down forever, you have to accept it or it will pass you by, and then the growth you wanted is gone, and its a lose-lose situation - for everyone. Thank you for letting me rant; I just can't stand incompetence.
