I am starting to think that Bingham is a bit out of touch with the current market.

Low unemployment, extremely low class A office space, a booming economy and booming residential growth and all he wants to do is talk about things possibly not happening for a while or scaling things back...What ever he is taking...hopefully no one else takes it because it is messing up his view of the SLC market.
