Sounds like the process for the Aqua design is going to be closer to the original concept where each unit is uniquely designed and outfitted. . . keeping the units "raw" as was mentioned is probably an indication that this building will look quite different once populated than the renderings currently suggest. . . for better or for worse. . .
There are new settlement marks on the property just south of where the tower will rise. . . probably indicating the larger footprint for the base of the structure. . .
