Hey everyone... I am a new registered user to this forum, and have been trying to get an account for some time, quite the busy place to be.

My expertise is maps and mapping, I can be brief with the information I do have and I can go into greater detail for anyone interested.

1. the city is planning on building a road to cross the CN tracks this will make 25th Street extend to Avenue E N.

2. the city is also planning an extension for McKercher Drive to extend into Arbor Creek and connecting it to Kerr Road

3. a total of 7 (seven) neighborhoods are planned for the west end of 22nd Street

4. some other neighborhoods around the city include: Sunnyridge, Springfield and Greenwood all tailored to the North-East end. Rosewood and Brookside to the South-East end and lastly Stonebridge on the South end.

Options 1 and 2 require cooperation from Canadian National Rail in order to build over, under or through the tracks.

I also have detailed information regarding the Bethlehem Catholic High School and Tommy Douglas Collegiate and Civic Recreation Centre. The civic complex will include an actual olympic sized pool, waterslide, and two secondary pools, a hot sauna and a steamroom.
