Ouch.. that lower left corner structure is a state parking lot?? That thing is hideous and needs to go ASAP. A true eyesore, it is!

360 is on the block immediate to its west, and then of course the new US Court will be at the Intel site in a snazzy new building.

If Austin's downtown building boom were to continue indefinitely, there's going to need to be serious discussion with the state on getting rid of some of its awful parking garages (by burying them), and opening up more blocks for development.
