Kinsman Ventures, LLC, of Plano, breaks into the Austin real estate market with a new 45-acre lifestyle center in Wells Branch.
Known as
The Austin Esplanade, this 270,000 s/f mixed-use complex will feature a 135-room
aloft Hotel (a vision of W Hotels), a 150-room Westin Suites Hotel, 150,000 s/f of upscale retail, 60,000 s/f of restaurant and entertainment use and a residential component.
Construction is set to begin in summer 2007.
