Torrington is a hip, young, arts district, with sleek modern skyscraper condominiums.
But, the South End of Torrington was all that existed until know, which was the
Washington Building,
Morgenn Gleason World HQ and the
Lloyd International Hotel & Tower (was Morgenn International)
This is a very new part of the city, which is why its untextured.....
