Who has Financing?

So far, it looks like two rentals: - MetLife (101 Colorado) and Amli, are the only projects with financing (although they will probably end up being for-sale units).

Shore has reported they've sold "most of their units." But, no word from the others. No real marketing, either.

ZOM is spending some money on their site and Novare is supposed to move the Moon Tower soon. The deal next to the Hyatt is on its 3rd try to get financing, with some new local owners.

Spring is now supposed to be "next Spring" (or Summer or Fall .... )

Block 21 looks promising if they can get the W and ACL - that's a project that will generate some excitement.
