I think the Domain has included some mid-rise apartments. Living by Neiman Marcus would be nice than by Academy.

"The Shore" - Tramell Crow's project near Milago has posted more info on their website, including floorplans. The floorplans look large and luxury-condo style, not apartment-style like Novare's 360 and Spring.

Marketing center to open soon downtown at 5th and Colorado (trailers there now).

The Shore probably has the best chance of actually being built.
