Important step forward with Site Plan Application. Could still take a year or more of back and forth with City to finally get Site Plan approval before a Building Permit application is submitted.
The Middlesex County Administration office is likely to be moved to their new building out at the southern end of Adelaide St S overlooking the 401 by end of the year. Making alot of progress with steel framing of the exterior walls and interior mechanical and electrical/plumbing rough-ins.
