I think the DP suggested the developer hasn't decided whether phase 2 of Prior Place will be more rental residential, or office. I guess it depends when/if St Paul's builds out their permitted ancillary office space. There's no other office proposed in the area other than Nexus (strata). The Rize/GWL tower by the station is now rental residential.
