Yeah that makes sense. I'm guessing that that happened with the Ovation. The DR was approved in late 2023, and expired last year with no extensions. I assume that the developer was at the time fully ready to break ground. Maybe material/labor costs caused a last minute change? I don't know if they ever made an official statement regarding it.
