I can't get over how much the general public likes this box. Hardly hear any public commentary about the Fundy Quay building. The generic five-over-one on Crown and Leinster is so much better. It's coated in proper windows, hugs the curve of Crown, etc.

There's so many little things that could have been done better at marginal additional cost.

-Symmetrical black windows, 2 full size casements with a transom.
-Dyed concrete to a straw-ish colour to ape sandstone... or do the whole thing in that pseudo-brick.
-setback on King Steet side from 4th floor onwards. It's 100' deep, no wonder the units have such bizarre layouts. Pare this down to 75' or 80' and you get a much less squat profile at the cost of a couple units per floor. Make it 2-3 storeys taller to make up for that.
