They're looking for a tenant for the existing restaurant at Harbour Green, (ex Tap Shack) next to the water feature. That's what the Hive piece is about.
In typical Hive style, they also throw in the still unbuilt restaurant site on the seawall underneath the convention centre, that has had a number of different development proposals, but no sign of construction.
