Retail on that strip is hard (low foot traffic despite density and the challenges of the area in terms of theft and safety). Restaurants are hard everywhere (and there's at least 2 or 3 places on the strip currently for sale - the korean hotdog place, spicy grill, and, from what I've heard, Carlos and Murphys).
