Key information to know if you’re heading to Canada’s Farm Show
Heading to Regina for Canada’s Farm Show? Here are the seven things to know before getting to the grounds.
Is there food onsite?
Attendees can grab a bite to eat or something to drink at the onsite concession, Subway, Booster Juice or Brewed Awakening, located in the Co-Operators Centre, or Subway and REAL Flavours in the AffinityPlex.
Food can also be found at the Young’s Equipment Farmhouse Lounge, open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., or Hillside Smoke n Que, open at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast.
What’s all happening this year?
There’s a lot happening at Canada’s Farm Show this year, including a Saskatchewan Roughrider Celebration featuring the Grey Cup and recognition of the United Nations’ International Year of the Woman Farmer.
This recognition will be highlighted in the 2026 National Event Series Powering Prosperity: Energy and Economy Shaping Canada’s Future at the Launch Pad from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The first day of the show is kicked off at 9 a.m. with the Thank You Farmers Pancake Breakfast, fitting for Tuesday, which is Collaboration and Farmer Appreciation Day.
Day two is Innovation Day, which will have a particular focus on innovation and technology with sessions such as NEXAT: Be Part of a New Agriculture Revolution at the Launch Pad from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Thursday is Young Farmers Day with events on succession, looking to the future with the Saskatchewan agriculture budget, and the Saskatchewan Outstanding Young Farmers Recognition Event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Queensbury Convention Centre.
