Speaking of abandoned 7-11s... is there something going on at the Ellice and Maryland former 7-11? Looked like some work was happening there last time I went past.
Also, I saw signage at the former Isabel and William 7-11 about some sort of coworking space. Is that happening there?
How many empty 7-11s are there now? Seems weird that they're opening new ones.
