Interestingly, and unfortunately, it looks like the Applicant has applied to amend their Site Plan file to reduce the height of this tower from the 35 stories that the City recently approved down to 31 stories. At the same time the unit count has actually ever so slightly increased from 446 up to 448, so at least we arent losing units in this new design but likely they will be smaller units.
