Since Related has committed to an office tower at 625 Madison, I hope that this residential tower will be truly magnificent.
Other than 36 CPS, this is the best residential site that’s currently under consideration, as the park views will be eternally preserved. The views of 41 W 57th can be eclipsed by 36 CPS, unless the two developers coordinate like Extell and Vornado did. Also, Soloviev seems obsessed with preserving the view at 9 W 57th, and it’s not clear what he’s even doing at 10 W 57th.
