Speaking of unusual sites, Intracorp's "Arbutus" is rising on an unusual site at Arbutus and W.34th. Not only is it on a slope, on a curve but it backs onto the Arbutus Ravine. 156 rentals in two 5 story buildings. Though it's hard to tell on this cloudy day, some units and the planned rooftop lounge will have great views to the North Shore Mountains.
