the last few times I went there mostly in 2024, it was very dead, like maybe less than 50 people. The parking sucks, getting there from transit sucks, the food options don't have any draw. I think having Grand Villa so close for East Van doesn't help it. The game selection was fine, they had a few harder to find slots but meh.
