Tanguay can always change his mind. What’s missing probably is an owner with the financial backing to make things work. If Pelladeau had been interested in a QC team, for instance, and the plan promised benefits for Laval, I suspect Tanguay would sing a different tune.
Then again, I’m one of the few fans who thinks that QC makes more sense for expansion than Halifax, so maybe I’m just delusional in my own way.
