Nice to see Fort Howe on the list. I drove up there this fall to eat a takeout lunch and it is a disgrace! Overgrown with alders, scruffy patches of what used to be grass and crumbling asphalt. I noticed two large cannon on peeling, rotting naval style gun carriages that are leaning sideways and look like they are about to collapse. Years of neglect! The place looks abandoned.
The fact that nothing is to be done until 2029 gives me pause.....it badly needed attention probably 5 or 10 years ago.
