Back in 2000 I moved to Saskatoon and rented in Boardwalk Regal Towers (a few blocks away), the two bed room was around $900/month. I was in there for several years before buying. The rents they are asking for don't look unreasonable for 25 years later.

Honestly this building looks like a step up. If it has some retail on the bottom floor that is even better, that was always one of the problems with city park. Good addition for the city.

The criticism of manufacturing techniques is probably justified and more of an issue for the builder than anyone else.
