It usually seems that with FL projects, especially the ones in Miami, that the pages here on SSP usually start with the project halfway. As somebody who doesn't really live in Miami, or anywhere in FL, it's pretty frustrating, but it's nice to see these projects finally get off the board. Miami needs more posters on SSP!
