1269 Hyde Park Road - two 15s (Approved)

Two 15-storey residential apartment buildings are proposed on the east of Hyde Park Road, just south of the rail underpass.

There is currently a heritage building on the site, which has the Crossing Pub & Eatery. The building will not be retained.

The development is proposed to have a total of 503 units. A new 2-storey commercial building is also proposed.
