Place Fleur-de-Lys ... which is a 10-15min walk from Quebec City's arena, Centre Vidéotron.
Yeah, the Fleur-de-Lys/ExpoCité/Vidéotron site is about twice(?) the size of the Flats but it still features the main arena for the city. If you throw in Zibi it makes both areas close to the same size.
