Could be. Johnson has not made it a secret that he is willing to have the city fund the Bears stadium, despite the city's dire financial straits. He isn't exactly the best with money matters however. Johnson has absolutely zero political capital to stand on for funding an NFL stadium. It was already pretty bad before, but with the whole "point of no return" story we just had - Forget it.
