That looks like a solid development! Hopefully the RMWB can attract more big names to the region. Fort McMurray should have staples like Winners, Marshalls, BestBuy, ect.

There's a lot more houses than in Parsons than the last time I was there in ~2022 but still not that full. I hope the road access has been expanded. The only access from Timberlea was (what felt like) a side road with massive speed bumps and the interchange to 63.
