The NCC seems to be the only one who want Alexandra for the loop. Probably the best chance of happening. It would also be the only way to double the capacity of the STO tram.

Bring it all the way to the Casino to add a destination.
I can't imagine a whole lot of people from Ottawa would use CWC, but from Gatineau, they could use it to reach Carleton, Confederation Heights, and transfer to Line 1 West to Tunney's. The benefit for Ottawa is saving capacity on the Downtown section of Line 1.
