If this is accurate, then this is completely news to me as I can't find anywhere online that this is an Auburn project, unless Cridon is an Auburn subsidiary (like we see for other big local developers) or there was a recent land sale. |
Correct, Cridon is part of Auburn like you'd see with other developers. The founder was Don Crich, so you can see where the name came from.
