Kind of off topic, but as a young(ish) person, it really gives me the ick that all of the "poor common folk" in that article are would-be out-of-province absentee landlords.
I get that we need all the investment we can get into housing, but damn I just want a place to live in and its pretty hard to give a shit about investment properties for people who already got while the getting was good.
