I'm not sure where you're getting the numbers from, since, as usual you didn't bother to source them.
Regarding political condemnation, the wikipedia article on the 2021 arsons links to this CBC report:

Jason Kenney condemnation too. I'm sure there are plenty of others if I could be bothered to look harder, but hopefully we can dismiss the idea that people don't care about churches being burned down as ridiculous on the face of it.
