Considering that this project wan't supposed to be known about yet (private video deleted minutes after being shared here),
you can still apply for an apartment on their website and people are still living there, I doubt there's any movement on this.
And if this
availability page for 300 Main is accurate, I counted 214 units available from a total of 354 built. That's 140 leased out, which I think is pretty good for San Antonio all things considered...but not a runaway hit. And considering economic uncertainty with the current administration, it's possible it could be delayed due to rising material costs.
