It's probably not a bad bet...especially as a rental.
Grocery store on one side (useful)
Bytowne theatre on the other (cool)
Close to the university among other things likes the LCBO and various fast food places.
The injection site is a definite negative, but they are falling out of fashion politically.
I would also think the Steves music site would be another development candidate so that block is on the way up overall.
