If they had turned the office block so its long side faced north/south, that would have provided great views and would fit on the east side of the site.
I assume they'll redevelop the warehouses to the west of it first. But I guess depending on demand it might be worth it to tear down the MEC building considering the FSR PCI is getting out of 1155 East 6th.
