In other North Shore news...I've been told that Translink's rezoning proposal for the North Vancouver Transit Centre property at East 3rd St and St. David's will be coming out sometime in the next month. Nearly 400 rental units total, spread across two 16 story buildings, each made up of a tower and a 6 storey podium. Commercial at grade in the west building.
It's years away, but this is going to mean lots of purpose-built 2 and 3-bedroom rentals (!) hitting the North Shore market. And hopefully a grocery store for Moodyville because I have no faith in Cascadia Green getting that done at Innova.
