As for the old Archambault location, the obvious use for it is some type of large restaurant. Probably some chain from the Montreal area we don't have in Gatineau yet.

I grew up in Touraine when the La Gappe big box centre was just an empty field. I was super disappointed when they decided to build the retail at the location, especially since it was around the same time the RapiBus was announced. Should have been mixed use from the get go.
At some point, the Costco was supposed to move there (before it moved to Les Promenades and anything was built at this site).
