Renovations to the former Hotel Blue on the corner of Central Avenue and Eighth Street are near completion, and the new hotel is expected to open in the first quarter of 2025.
Arrive Albuquerque, a boutique hotel being developed by Los Angeles-based hotel management company Palisociety, is located at 717 Central Ave NW, across from Robinson Park.
The hotel will feature a pool, a patio, a fitness center and DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, a bar offering Americana and Pan Asian-American food, according to a press release.
The six-story hotel has 137 rooms with nightly rates starting at $145 for rooms with king beds and $180 for suites.
The property was acquired by Avi Brosh, the founder of Palisociety, in 2021. The idea behind the acquisition and remodel of the hotel was to meet demand for hotels in the Convention Center area.
Bradbury Stamm Construction Inc. and NCA Architects are listed on building permits for the hotel as the general contractor and architect, respectively. Renovations started in June 2023.
Palisociety declined to share the cost of the remodel.
This is Palisociety’s fifth Arrive hotel and its first in New Mexico. It has locations in Texas, North Carolina, Tennesse and California.

Arrive Hotels made the announcement yesterday in a series of posts and stories on their Instagram account. They've also created a page on Instagram for the new hotel's restaurant and bar, which apparently will include a drinks area next to the pool, and a "swim club"
