Hummm - interesting

A2ahomes.ca has 135 Roslyn listed as a future project

The poster had a different view of the building along with this:

“The Owner of 135 Roslyn Road, currently a single-storey bungalow, is proposing to demolish the existing building and construct an affordable multi-family housing complex on the property. The proposed development will provide 28 units of apartment style residential housing, along with one level of underground parking containing seven stalls and potential Peg City Car Co-op. It is located across Roslyn Road from Safeway and surrounded by single and multifamily residential properties, commercial and retail properties, and is a short walk from the Osbourne (sic) transit corridor.

The attached rendering of the south facing entrance provides you with a sense about the proposed construction including building height, and exterior finishes.

The proposed development will require no rezoning, but will require variances to modify front, side, and back yards, and required parking.

We are requesting questions and comments from community members through several channels. Questions, comments, and concerns may be sent to [email protected]. Additional and updated information may be found at the website
https://135roslynroad.wixstudio.io/consultation.

We will be sharing your feedback with the City of Winnipeg; if you are comfortable, please consider including your name and address.

Public engagement is an important part of the planning and development process. We look forward to hearing from you and will respond to all input received prior to October 1, 2024.

Dependant on the responses received and amount of interest in the community, there may be a public open-house presentation”
