Atlanta's Skyscraper History
Downtown is seeing a surge in iconic commercial office towers being converted into residential housing. There seems to be only a handful of U.S. cities building 500-foot commercial towers since the pandemic.
In Atlanta, we have not seen any commercial towers over 500 feet being constructed in a long time.
So I ask the question: has Atlanta seen it's last non-residential 500-foot tower?
