I dig the height, but not the biggest fan of the car ports. Will vehicular access to the garages be from these car ports or only from the alleys? The plans posted by Randomguy seem to indicate that there will not be access from the car ports, but the plans posted by Jstange seem to imply that there will be. In either case, definitely not a fan of the curb cuts.
Hopefully they use quality materials for the facades. Looking forward to seeing the renderings!
