Not seeing the draw to the restaurant site when there have to be dozens and dozens of other vacant options elsewhere downtown that are far more... family friendly?
^ A lot has happened since you drove by the area!
  • The Boyle St homeless shelter was demolished
  • New development has sprung up from the EPCOR site
  • Capital Tower is being renovated
  • The building on the SW corner was repainted with more bright cheerful colors
  • Asian eatery called One01 Bistro opened
  • Japanese Village is coming soon
  • Just 1 or 2 blocks away is Rogers Place, which recently played host to the Stanley Cup finals

Let the gentrification continue!
