Wonder what the leases look like and how parking factors into that - mainly due to "residential building constructed in the 1960s with 88 unsecured market rental units".
As it looks like they're getting rid of parking spaces for the original building / they wouldn't be available until after construction is complete. Looks like there is a small corridor between the new and old parkade.
