Why not? This is one of the best, most livable transit areas in the metro and half an hour away from downtown - if anything, there should be
more below-market housing at Lower Lonsdale, just as there will be for Broadway. Healthy neighbourhoods have a mix of all income levels. Why exile all the have-nots to Maplewood?
