Right now the estimates have St. Louis' population loss accelerating, but this is in spite of there being more active water service accounts in the city now than 6 years ago, more housing and apartments going up, more jobs currently available across the city and metro, etc. The only way it can make sense to me as someone on the ground is if all of North City decided they were hitting the exit
right now.
I guess we'll see in 2030.
