Atlantic Station Dual Brand Hotel - TAPESTRY AND TEMPO
The proposed project is an 8-story hotel within the existing Atlantic Station development. The building will have an associated parking garage below the street level. Two hotel brands, Tapestry and Tempo (both owned by Hilton), will occupy the building and have a total of approximately 283 guest rooms. The below street level parking garage is three stories, levels P1 to P3, with P3 being the ground level. The parking garage is planned to be valet only and has approximately 245 spaces. The project also includes utility service and site improvements according to the City of Atlanta and Atlantic Station.
Previously a 8 story Springhill Suites hotel was proposed here by the same development group.
